  3. COINS-TO is a user friendly, MENU driven COIN COLLECTION INVENTORY program 
  4. designed to run on IBM Compatible computers.  It will hold up to 99,999 
  5. personal coin records (More than enough for most users).

  7. Simply stated, if the user will follow the prompts, he/she will have
  8. no problems operating COINS-TO.
  9.  
  10. COINS-TO can be run from disk, but a hard disk is suggested.  COINS-TO
  11. will run in MICROSOFT WINDOWS 3.1, it hasn't been tested in WINDOWS 95
  12. yet; however, it should run there too.  Use the Program Manager to set
  13. up the icon.  Read the Windows text file to learn how.
